It seems to me that I was far more selfish and unable to make the sacrifices needed when I was a young thing full of all kinds of health and energy. Now I am getting a bit older, and I find that my priorities have pared down a bit, become clearer. I may not move as fast or have the endless energy, but I put what I have to far better use. Seems to me that any child who needs a family could benefit.
