My dog ate the cake.
Really! I’m saved from putting on weight by my 85 lb black lab mix.
We had a few pieces of cake left from K’s birthday party, and I’d wrapped it up and left it on the counter. When I returned a few hours later all that was left was the wrapping and a bit of the paper plate.
K was shouting.. "Ani ate the cake. Look all my cake is gone... Awwww..."
I’m glad I guess, Ani didn’t seem to get sick and I would have just eaten it.
My workouts are really going well. I get my heart rate up to about 26 / 10 seconds.. about 3 – 4 times per week for at least 20 minutes. I am also doing yoga twice per week.
I used to walk, but K won't walk. She dawdles, saunters, runs ahead and then behind, throws rocks, sings, but doesn't walk on our walks.
I've had to give them up.
I can’t fit into a size 8 yet – either the new size 8 or the old size 8 (can anyone explain that?) but I can easily get into most 10’s.
Yea!
Christmas is coming though.
Did you know
Dr. Oz says that the average person puts on 1 pound over the holidays….
What? Only one pound?
I thought it was more like three or five pounds, but noooooo..
So if I only put on one pound I’ll be really happy.
I’m not expecting to loose over the next month, but I’ll take not gaining five.
That would be success.
What about you? What are your holiday weight goals?
Anyone ready to put out stats yet?
BTW. I haven't lost even one pound. Nothing, nadda..... But my clothes fit better and my shape is just changing...
The weight will come, I know it will. I'd be happy with ten pounds over the twelve months.
